Tamy Molarius has been an Office Manager at our practice for over a year-and-a-half. She has over twenty-four years of experience in the dental field and began her career as a Dental Assistant in California. Tamy loves working with an amazing staff and such great doctors, and really enjoys the Carlton community. Our patients are the best! As an Office Manager, Tamy believes in teamwork and commitment. She has loved contributing to this practice and watching it grow. Tamy works hard to be a great leader and to navigate all of the insurance craziness and billing needs for her patients.
In addition to their two sons and three stepchildren, Tamy and her fiance, Pat, have one German Shepherd, Shocka, and a cat named Bailey. In her spare time, Tamy loves spending time with her family, woodworking, fishing, and boating.
Front Office Coordinator
Having the opportunity to meet and get to know such great people on a daily basis is one of Cynthia DeLeon’s favorite things about working here. Cynthia is our Front Office Coodinator and has worked at our practice for over four months. Her positive attitude brightens the office for our patients and staff. Cynthia loves our one-of-a-kind patients and getting to work with great people. Her coworkers are the best!
Cynthia and her family recently moved to beautiful Oregon and they couldn’t be happier. She and her spouse, Tony, have a son named Austin, and the three of them love to spend time together. The DeLeons are always up for a little friendly competition and enjoy basketball, baseball, football, and hockey. You can often find them cheering on their favorite teams. Go Dodgers!
As one of our Registered Dental Hygienists, Lisa Fazio has been forging lasting relationships built on trust and community with patients at our practice for over nine years. Lisa loves that the people she sees daily are both her patients and her neighbors. She got her degree at Portland Community College and works hard to make sure each patient feels comfortable while she helps them maintain healthy, beautiful smiles.
In her spare time, Lisa and her husband, Ken, love showing Reining horses. The couple also has cattle, goats, dogs, and cats
Shelley Collis has worked with patients at Carlton Dental for over thirteen years. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, Shelley loves working with such great doctors and enjoys being a part of our team. Building meaningful relationships with her patients is very important to her, and Shelley strives to make sure each patient feels comfortable. One of her greatest strengths is
Shelley’s ability to defuse anxiety and help patients with dental phobia feel at ease and relaxed in the dental chair. Shelley strongly believes that continuing education is important. She is a proud member of the Periodontal Study Club and finds that peer connection a great asset to her work.
Originally an Illinois girl, Shelley has family in the Midwest and a brother and sister-in-law in Colorado. Shelley has a golden retriever named Hannah and a little cat named Ester. She considers her pets and the many dear friends in this area her family. In her spare time, Shelley loves art and photography. She also loves working with kids in the foster system at Teen Reach Adventure Camp.
Lead Dental Assistant
Kendra Owen is our Lead Dental Assistant (EFDA). She’s been working at our practice for over a year and loves the feel of our office, her great coworkers, and our amazing dentists. Before she joined us, Kendra graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at PCC. Kendra is a big believer in continuing education and takes the time to enroll and complete extra courses to stay up-to-date. Being a great dental assistant is very important to her.
In her free time, Kendra enjoys riding horses, riding 4-wheelers, fishing, and spending time with her kids. Kendra has two daughters.
For over eleven years, Lisa Cervantes has served patients at our practice as a Dental Assistant (EFDA). Lisa loves meeting new people and getting to learn more about their lives while she helps them achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. Her ability to speak fluent Spanish as well as English has helped put many of our Spanish patients at ease, and Lisa is always willing to do whatever she can to make sure every patient feels comfortable.
Lisa has been married to her husband, Henry, for over seventeen years. The couple has three sons. Their two oldest sons, Brandon and Anthony, are sixteen and thirteen, and their youngest son, Carter, is six years old. In her spare time, Lisa loves to fish and watch her boys play baseball.
